The CSV candidates, who represent the colors of the CSV in municipal elections, are all members of the Christian Social Municipal Councils (CSG).
The main tasks of the sub-organization focus on various municipal-political and therefore also internal-political dossiers and questions. It is also about coordinating the tasks and policies of the CSV municipal politicians and the work in the municipalities. For this purpose, the CSG National Committee, which is elected at the congress according to the statutes, organizes regular information evenings and other educational activities that are directly and indirectly related to municipal politics.
The congress elects the president and the national secretary as well as the individual delegates from the districts. The CSG congress has the task of creating a framework program in the context of municipal elections, which should be a help and support for the individual CSV section to establish their program.
