Alex Donnersbach grows up in Walferdange. After primary school, he completes his secondary education at the Athénée and then studies law with a focus on administrative law in Brussels. He starts working as a lawyer in 2020. 

Alex Donnersbach joins the CSV in 2012. He becomes the General Secretary of the CSJ Schüler a Studenten in 2014 and its President in 2015.  In 2018, Alex Donnersbach is elected President of the CSJ. In 2021, he takes over the presidency of the local CSV section. 

Alex Donnersbach is highly committed to his hometown of Walferdange. He is elected to the municipal council in 2017 on his first attempt. After the municipal council elections in 2023, Alex Donnersbach becomes an alderman. 

In the 2018 parliamentary elections, he runs for a deputy mandate for the first time, which he secures on his second candidacy five years later. The focus of his parliamentary work includes housing construction, clear legal prerequisites for an ecologically and socially sustainable land use and planning policy. Another area of focus is education. 

Together with Françoise Kemp, Alex Donnersbach is elected one of the two CSV General Secretaries on March 16, 2024. Since then, he has devoted himself especially to the programmatic further development of the CSV and the efficient networking of party structures.

(Luxembourg City, April 24, 1991) 

Since her birth, Françoise Kemp has lived in Dudelange. She completed her "Première" in 2010 at Fieldgen and then studied mathematics in Trier and Kaiserslautern. Following her master's degree, Françoise Kemp completed a doctorate in biomedical science as well as a postdoctorate. She worked as a research associate at the University of Luxembourg and subsequently as a data analyst at the Ministry of Family. 

Françoise Kemp has been a member of the CSV since 2005. She is active at all levels of the party, locally and in the district, where she is vice-president of the southern district board. Furthermore, Françoise Kemp is active in the grassroots organizations of CSJ and CSF. Françoise Kemp was the national treasurer of the CSJ from 2015 to 2024. 

After running in the 2017 municipal elections, Françoise Kemp joined the municipal council of Dudelange in 2022. She defended her mandate in the 2023 municipal elections. In the same year, Françoise Kemp was elected to the Chamber of Deputies after first running in the 2018 parliamentary elections. 

In parliament, Françoise Kemp is involved in the fields of health and social affairs. Another of her concerns is the digitization, simplification, and acceleration of administrative processes (once-only principle). Françoise Kemp brings her scientific expertise to questions surrounding the digitization of healthcare as well as in the field of artificial intelligence. 

Françoise Kemp was elected one of the two general secretaries of the CSV on March 16, 2024, together with Alex Donnersbach. Since then, Françoise Kemp has been committed to internal party training and qualification as well as strengthening internal and external communication.
